If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your unworn eyewear in its original packaging for a full refund or a seamless swap.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place your eyewear, along with the original protective case and cleaning cloth, into the shipping box and attach the prepaid return label provided via email.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for tracking purposes until your return is processed.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
